Prime Loft turned our dark, unusable loft into a stunning master bedroom suite with a full en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. From the first meeting to the day they handed over the keys, everything was professional, on time and exactly as quoted. Not a penny over. We'd had bad experiences with builders before so were very cautious. Prime Loft gave us a fixed price — and they meant it. The project manager James was brilliant: proactive, communicative and clearly proud of the work his team were doing. The L-shaped dormer has given us two extra bedrooms and transformed the whole feel of the house.

I've used a lot of builders over the years and Prime Loft are genuinely different. They do what they say they'll do, when they say they'll do it. That should be standard but it isn't. The hip-to-gable has completely transformed the top floor and the finish is excellent throughout.
